Caving all year round
Tailored caving courses, with educational follow-up and adapted content:
- Technical content: learning underground progression methods, with or without a rope.
- Sporting content: carefully designed teaching situations (tactical, psychological, motor and physical).
- Educational content: discovering the Vercors, the historic massif of French caving, through the diversity and abundance of its cavities.
- Behavioural content: taking responsibility and managing the various situations encountered underground, raising awareness of the management and protection of natural sites and of respect for their users.
From 1 to 4 sessions of your choice at different sites. The structure of the courses depends on age and level.
Supervision and equipment
From age 6:
- one State-qualified instructor for 8 people,

- 1 accompanying adult.
- Equipment provided by the instructor (helmet, lighting, oversuit, harness, ropes, etc.).
Prices: half-day 185 € (cave without ropes) · 195 € (cave with rope) · full day 320 € (a full day underground, picnic not provided).
In-class sessions
We offer 2-hour in-class sessions to complement the outings (presentation of the equipment, overview of the activity and its evolution, vocabulary).
Price: 90 € for 2 hours for a whole class.
All our instructors are approved by the French Ministry of Education.
